El club ha jugado al más alto nivel del fútbol nacional en tres ocasiones, la más reciente en la temporada 2010-11. Sin embargo, su alegría duró poco, ya que fueron relegados de inmediato.
Historia
El club se fundó en 1945 con el nombre de SK Ústí nad Labem . Jugó en la Primera Liga checoslovaca en las temporadas 1952 y 1958–59. [1] Ústí nad Labem jugó en la segunda liga en la década de 1990 hasta que se retiró de la 2. Liga Checa 1997-98 , por lo que sus resultados fueron anulados y el equipo descendió automáticamente. [2] Después de haber pasado más de 50 años fuera de la máxima categoría, el club ascendió a la Primera Liga checa en 2010. Estadio
El estadio local de Ústí nad Labem es el estadio Městský .
