Two and a Half Men es una comedia de situación de CBS que se estrenó el 22 de septiembre de 2003. El título de cada episodio es una frase dicha por uno de los personajes de ese episodio. Las tres excepciones son el episodio piloto y los episodios "Alan Harper, Frontier Chiropractor" (temporada 1) y "Frankenstein and the Horny Villagers" (temporada 2). El último episodio se ajusta al criterio, pero la cita era parte de una escena eliminada que Chuck Lorre explica en la tarjeta de vanidad del episodio.
Los títulos de tres episodios no son citas directas: "Veinticinco pequeños prepúberes sin un snootful" (temporada 1), "¿Quién es Vod Kanockers?" (temporada 4) y "Chocolate Diddlers or My Puppy's Dead" (temporada 8). Charlie dice: "No me voy a enfrentar a todos esos prepubers sin un presumido", pero nunca se menciona el número veinticinco. Jake en realidad pregunta "¿Quién es ese Vod Kanockers del que hablas?"; sin embargo, en el lanzamiento del DVD, ese episodio se titula "¿Quién es este Vod Kanockers?". Cuando Charlie canta su canción llamada "Chocolate Diddlers", Alan solo sugiere que suena más como "My Puppy's Dead".
El 13 de marzo de 2014, Two and a Half Men se renovó por una temporada número 12, que se anunció en mayo siguiente como la última temporada, [1] y se estrenó el 30 de octubre de 2014. [2] [3] Durante el curso de la serie, 262 episodios de Two and a Half Men se emitieron durante doce temporadas, entre el 22 de septiembre de 2003 y el 19 de febrero de 2015.
