Lorne Rubenstein (nacido el 25 de junio de 1948 en Toronto, Ontario , Canadá) es un periodista y autor de golf canadiense . [1] Ha sido columnista de The Globe and Mail, el periódico nacional de Canadá, desde 1980, y fue el primer editor de la revista SCOREGolf, donde continúa escribiendo columnas y artículos. Reconocimiento [ editar ]
Rubenstein ganó un Premio Nacional de Revistas (1985) en Canadá. La Asociación de Escritores de Golf de América le ha otorgado cuatro premios al primer lugar por sus escritos. Ha recibido premios de la Asociación de Periodistas de Golf de Canadá por sus artículos. Rubenstein fue incluido en el Ontario Golf Hall of Fame en 2006 y en el Canadian Golf Hall of Fame en 2007. Recibió un premio Canadian Sports Media Lifetime Achievement Award en 2009. La Golf Association of Ontario entregará el primer premio Lorne Rubenstein Media Award en mayo. 2012.
