El Campeonato de Italia de F4 2020 impulsado por Abarth fue la séptima temporada del Campeonato de Italia de F4 . Gabriele Minì ganó el campeonato de pilotos en su temporada de novato, mientras que su equipo Prema Powerteam ganó el campeonato de equipos por quinta vez.

Calendario de carreras y resultados
El calendario se reveló el 16 de septiembre de 2019. [38] [39] Tras un inicio retrasado de la temporada debido a la pandemia de coronavirus 2019-20 , se anunció un nuevo calendario el 19 de mayo de 2020. [40] El 3 de junio de 2020 fue anunció que la apertura de la temporada en Hungaroring se retrasó 2 semanas. [41] El calendario final se publicó el 11 de junio de 2020, y Hungaroring ya no figura en el calendario. [42]

- ^ Jasin Ferati appeared on the entry list for Round 5 but did not participate in the races after injuring himself during qualifying.
- ^ Filip Ugran appeared on the entry list for Round 3 but could not make it to the track to compete due to travel restrictions.[26]
- ^ Dürksen is a Paraguayan driver who entered under German racing license.
- ^ Mateusz Kaprzyk appeared on the entry list for Round 4 but did not participate in qualifying or the races after testing positive for COVID-19.[35]
- ^ Gabriele Minì crossed the line first but was given a 5 second penalty for leaving the track and gaining a lasting advantage. Pizzi inherited the win.[43]
