Las elecciones al Ayuntamiento de Manchester se celebrarán el 6 de mayo de 2021, como parte de las elecciones locales del Reino Unido de 2021 . Estas elecciones estaban programadas originalmente para 2020, pero se suspendieron durante un año debido a la pandemia de COVID-19 . En 2019, los laboristas retuvieron su mayoría en el consejo con 93 escaños, y los demócratas liberales encabezados por el exdiputado John Leech aumentaron el número de concejales de la oposición a 3, antes de caer a 2 después de que el concejal Greg Stanton desertó al Partido Laborista. Los siguientes concejales, elegidos por última vez en 2018, se retiraron.
