Sir Arthur Loftus (fallecido el 27 de mayo de 1665) fue un político y terrateniente angloirlandés .
Era hijo de Sir Adam Loftus y Jane Vaughan. [1] Su abuelo fue Sir Dudley Loftus . Se desempeñó como miembro del parlamento del condado de Wexford en el parlamento de 1639-49 y fue preboste mariscal del Ulster . Fue nombrado caballero por Carlos II . Vivía en Rathfarnham, condado de Dublín .
Loftus se casó con Lady Dorothy Boyle, hija de Richard Boyle, primer conde de Cork y Catherine Fenton, en 1627. [2] Su hijo fue Adam Loftus, primer vizconde de Lisburne y su hija, Lettice, se casó con Humphrey Coningsby .
