Esta es una lista de ganadores y nominados al premio BAFTA a la mejor edición , que se presenta a los editores de películas , otorgado por la Academia Británica de Cine y Televisión desde 1968.

Los miembros de la Academia que votan por las películas seleccionan las cinco películas nominadas en cada categoría; sólo se nombran los editores principales de cada película, lo que excluye editores adicionales, editores supervisores, etc. [1] [2] El ganador real de la Mejor Edición es seleccionado por "Votación del Capítulo"; solo los miembros de la Academia identificados como miembros del Capítulo de Edición votan por el ganador.

In the first round, each member is given a list of all eligible films, and votes for twelve films in each category of the awards.
