El 77º Congreso de los Estados Unidos fue una reunión del poder legislativo del gobierno federal de los Estados Unidos, compuesto por el Senado de los Estados Unidos y la Cámara de Representantes de los Estados Unidos . Se reunió en Washington, DC del 3 de enero de 1941 al 3 de enero de 1943, durante el noveno y décimo años de la presidencia de Franklin D. Roosevelt .
