La Asociación de Editores de Prensa de Ucrania (UAPP) es una organización voluntaria no gubernamental y sin fines de lucro de los editores de prensa periódica: publicaciones impresas periódicas (periódicos y revistas).
La UAPP anunció su fundación en marzo de 2001, en la reunión de un grupo de iniciativa de editores de más de treinta periódicos independientes, celebrada en Zaporiyia . La UAPP se registró oficialmente en julio de 2001. Hoy en día, la Asociación de Editores de Prensa de Ucrania reúne a 111 editoriales de todas las regiones (óblast) de Ucrania .
El principal órgano de gobierno de la Asociación es la Asamblea General, que elige al Presidente de la Asociación y al Consejo de Administración.
The Ukrainian Association of Press Publishers is the first independent union of publishers in Ukraine, which declared its commitment to advocacy and support of publishing business. The mission of UAPP is to unite publishers of newspapers and magazines in order to create newspaper market based on civilized principles and develop the publishing business by lobbying the common interest and qualified service for every member of Association.
Along with the Independent Regional Publishers of Ukraine (IRPU), UAPP represents Ukraine at the WAN (World Association of Newspapers).
