El Premio Grammy a la Mejor Interpretación Vocal Pop Masculina fue un Premio Grammy que reconoce la interpretación vocal superior de un hombre en la categoría pop, el primero de los cuales se presentó en 1959. Se suspendió después de la temporada Grammy 2011. El premio fue para el artista. Solo son elegibles los singles o pistas.
Los premios tienen una historia bastante complicada:
- De 1959 a 1960 hubo un premio llamado Mejor Interpretación Vocal, Masculino , que fue por su trabajo en el campo del pop.
- En 1961, el premio se dividió en Mejor Disco o Pista de Interpretación Vocal y Mejor Álbum de Interpretación Vocal, Masculino
- De 1962 a 1963, los premios del año anterior se combinaron en Mejor Interpretación Vocal Solista, Masculino
- De 1964 a 1968 el premio se denominó Mejor Interpretación Vocal, Masculino
- En 1969, los premios se combinaron y simplificaron como el premio a la Mejor Interpretación Vocal Pop Contemporánea, Masculino
- De 1970 a 1971 el premio fue conocido como Mejor Interpretación Vocal Contemporánea, Masculino
- De 1972 a 1994 el premio fue conocido como Mejor Interpretación Vocal Pop, Masculino
- De 1995 a 2011 fue conocida como Mejor Interpretación Vocal Pop Masculina
El premio se suspendió en 2012 en una revisión importante de las categorías de los Grammy. A partir de 2012, todas las actuaciones en solitario en la categoría pop (masculina, femenina e instrumental) se trasladaron a la recién formada categoría Mejor interpretación pop solista .
Sting , Stevie Wonder y John Mayer , con cuatro victorias cada uno, son los artistas con más premios en la categoría. Elton John es el artista con más nominaciones a los doce.
Los años reflejan el año en el que se entregaron los premios Grammy, por trabajos lanzados el año anterior.

Contemporary (R&R) Performance[edit]
In 1966 the Recording Academy established a similar, but different, category in the Pop Field for Best Contemporary (rock & roll) Performances. The category went through a number of changes before being discontinued after the 1968 awards.
- In 1966 the award was called Best Contemporary (R&R) Vocal Performance - Male
- In 1967 the award from the previous year was combined with the equivalent award for women as the Grammy Award for Best Contemporary (R&R) Solo Vocal Performance - Male or Female
- In 1968 the previous award was once again separated by gender, with the male award called Best Contemporary Male Solo Vocal Performance
