El distrito electoral de Wythenshawe y Sale East es uno de los tres en el distrito metropolitano de Trafford y uno de los cinco en la ciudad de Manchester, que abarca tres de los cinco distritos electorales en Sale y los cinco distritos de Wythenshawe. Perfil de la circunscripción [ editar ]
El asiento comprende en general dos áreas muy contrastantes: la enorme finca municipal construida después de la guerra en Wythenshawe (una vez la más grande de Europa), ocho millas al sur del centro de la ciudad de Manchester y la mitad este de Sale , particularmente en Brooklands, el barrio conservador más grande de la circunscripción. Pero el barrio de Manchester con un nombre similar está actualmente en manos de los laboristas, al igual que otras áreas alrededor de Wythenshawe, como Woodhouse Park, Baguley y Sharston.
