Fenella Woolgar (nacido el 4 de agosto de 1969) es un Inglés actriz de cine, teatro, televisión y radio. Es conocida por sus papeles en las películas Bright Young Things (2003) y Judy (2019).

Vida temprana
Woolgar nació en Londres, hija de Michael Woolgar y Maureen Woolgar (de soltera McCann). Su madre es de ascendencia irlandesa. Los primeros años de Woolgar los pasó en New Canaan , Connecticut. Se educó en Mayfield School , Durham University y luego en la Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA).
