El Décimo Congreso de Filipinas ( filipino : Ikasampung Kongreso ng Pilipinas ) fue la reunión de la legislatura nacional de la República de Filipinas , compuesta por el Senado de Filipinas y la Cámara de Representantes de Filipinas . La convocatoria del X Congreso sigue a las elecciones de 1995 , que reemplazaron a la mitad de los miembros del Senado y a la totalidad de los miembros de la Cámara de Representantes.
