Razed in Black es un acto de música electrónica creado por Romell Regulacion (voz, teclados, guitarras) y es apoyado en presentaciones en vivo por los miembros de la banda Chris Nelson y Raj Kapololu. La banda se formó en Hawái en 1994 y firmó con Cleopatra Records al año siguiente. [2] La música de Razed in Black combina elementos de industrial , synthpop , dark wave , rock gótico y hardcore techno .

Principalmente un acto clandestino, Razed in Black ha tenido canciones en programas de televisión como Homicide: Life on the Street , en películas y en videojuegos. [2]

Regulación también ha lanzado material bajo los nombres de DJ R <I> B, DJ Skooby, [2] y Transmutator.
